At Carden project management we pride ourselves on our ability to coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish. Whether your project required us to be permanently on site to manage contractor inductions, site visits, health and safety, or meeting contractors on site when arranged, our management process gives our client’s peace of mind that their construction work will be completed safely and on time, to a high quality standard.

Our service differs from traditional contractor based services, in that our competitive tendering process is entirely transparent, sourcing quotes from reputable contractors, giving you the insight and control over the procurement process.

Our construction management process -

  • Client brief

    - Understanding your brief and desired outcomes for your project ensures that our approach is comprehensive of the project scope.

  • Design Phase

    - We offer services in architectural design, fully encompassing site surveys, proposal drawings, local authority planning and building warrant documentation and As built handover documents. However, if you already have designs in place, we can work from these to begin the tender procurement phase. You can find more about our architectural design services here.

  • Budget costing & Competitive Tendering Phase

    - Working from design drawings, we can use our knowledge of trade rates and product costs to work out a budget cost for your proposed project. Once you are happy with the proposed budget cost, We will tender your project, using only reputable and trusted tradesmen and companies, factoring in for any unforeseen events and preliminary costs, You will have a final total cost for your project before your work begins, avoiding any unexpected costs at a later date.

  • Construction Programme

    - Whilst lasing with you, or your facilities team, we will work out a programme of construction, ensuring the availability of each trade and confirming dates, timescales and organising risk assessment method statements from each contractor, and ensuring all site safety measures are understood before work begins.

  • On-Site Management

    - Depending on the size of your project, we can have one of our team based on site for the duration of your works, or visiting daily to greet and induct all contractors to your site, ensuring all works are carried out safely and in a timely manner to the highest quality standard and workmanship.

  • Project Handover

    - Ensuring all snagging items are addressed, once your project is complete, we will supply you with As built plans, operations and commissioning documentation for your records, ensuring any new building functions can be managed or controlled by you efficiently after the point of completion.
